Romaunt, half title, engraved author’s portrait by W. Finden, painted by T. Phillips R.A., and frontispiece depicting the monument of Lysicrates, folding map of Europe, showing author's route through Spain, Portugal, Holland, loosely inserted, 61 text ‘Embellishments’ (steel engravings) on india paper throughout (proof impressions), some foxing, heavier toward end, preliminary leaves detached, contemporary cream vellum over boards, joints split, upper board detached, soiled and marked, spine end damaged with some loss, John Murray 1841; with Thirty Illustrations of Childe Harold. The Original Drawings Produced Expressly for the Art-Union of London, frontispiece portrait of Lord Byron and 30 plates by Tenniel, Gilbert, Hulme, Goodall, Corbould, & others, green cloth, spine a little scuffed, corners bumped, 4to (5).
