Lower left of frame with {Broad Arrow}/WD British military ownership mark as well as a pair of opposed Broad Arrows, indicating "sold out of service". British military black powder proofs between chambers. Condition: Good. Retains some thinning blue with wear and loss, with some areas showing surface oxidation and others turning plum. Clear markings, mechanically functional, good bore with moderate oxidation and some light pitting. Grip good with a hairline grain crack in the right grip and a small chip out of the top of the left grip. Otherwise with the expected nicks and dings.
