A fine and rare stainless steel chronograph wristwatch with pulsometre and unusual lugs Signed Breitling, case no. 392740, circa 1940 With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the silvered matte dial with Arabic numerals, outer scale calibrated for 30 pulsations, two subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 45 minutes register, in circular case with flat bezel, snap on back, unusual wing-shaped lugs, two rectangular chronograph buttons in the band, case numbered, dial and movement signed 34 mm. diam.
