An album of 34 watercolor and pen and ink wash drawings, by 19th century English artist Corbould (20) and Uwins (14), the drawings inlaid in heavy card stock. Full brown morocco paneled gilt. — Finden, E. (illus.) Landscape Illustrations to Mr. Murray's First Complete and Uniform Edition of the life and Works of Lord Byron. London, 1832. 24 parts, 4to. Late 18th century or early 19th century half green roan over paste paper boards; worn. — Raffet (illus.) 4to. 40 original watercolors that illustrated Lamartine's L'Histoire des Girodins (Paris: Furne, 1847); occasional foxing. Red morocco janséniste; upper cover detached. — Seymour, R. The Heiress: A Farce. London, 1830. 6 plates with numerous handcolored engraved vignettes, a virtual forerunner of the graphic novel. Printed tan wrappers, brown cloth backstrip; some soiling and staining. — Stothard, Thomas, R. A. (illus.). 12mo. 23 original drawings in grisaille for Spenser's Faerie Queen, drawings inlaid.
