BIRCH, Thomas, editor. A Collection of the Yearly Bills of Mortality from 1657 to 1758 inclusive. Together with several other bills of an earlier date . London: A. Millar, 1759. 4° (257 x 200mm). 7 folding letterpress tables. (Title partly soiled.) Contemporary calf with morocco label (rubbed, upper joints cracked, label chipped). By J.P[ostlethwayt]'. Goldsmiths' 9460; Kress 5773: 'very valuable bibliography in the notes'.
