Check from District Bank Limited, London, for the amount of £32 5/- to be paid to the law firm Harbottle & Lewis in London by Lennon Productions Ltd. Engraved check with stamps of the branches in Oxford Street and Old Bond Street. Signature of John Lennon in ball point the lower right corner. The cheque has been claimed on April 1st, 1969. It shows some vertical creases but is over all in excellent condition. Tripple matted frame with the bank cheque, accompanied by a portrait of John Lennon (178 x 267 mm) and the verse "Imagine all the people living life in peace ....", Oct 9 1940 - Dec 8 1980. In a beautiful gilded frame, some neglectable minor damage to the corners (612 x 460 mm).
