Falling block action rifle with adjustable folding notch rear sight and blocked blade front sight. Markings include COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA/VIC/25085 and 63127 to right side of frame. Left side of frame is marked with BSA manufacturer marks. Top of receiver is marked with a kangaroo. Provenance:From the Collection of James B. Stewart Condition: Good. Bore is bright with some frostiness and residue toward muzzle. Finish has a mottled black appearance due to thinning and handling wear. Wood stock shows some light scratches and mars overall. Recoil pad has cracking and dry-rot. Action is functional.
