Original green quarter morocco and cloth by Martin Heldt with his bookplate, upper side blocked in gilt with the Russian imperial arms, lower side blocked in gilt with the imperial regalia, gilt edges, white moiré-style endpapers (extremities and sides lightly rubbed). Provenance : a noble Russian library (indistinct title stamp; printed shelf-mark) -- Calvin Bullock (engraved bookplate). FIRST EDITION. FROM THE LIBRARY OF CALVIN BULLOCK, and earlier in a noble Russian library. A very good set, in the original binding with the Russian imperial arms blocked in gilt on the upper sides. (2)
