[1973]. * All American Poets Are in Prison and Other Poems. 4to. No. 39 of 100 privately produced copies, photocopied and stapled inside orange folders, as issued. Front cover hand-titled by Micheline, inscribed and signed to Malcolm Whyte; signed by the artist on the first illustration; also, autograph letter signed to Malcom Whyte with drawings (which goes with the book), all dated Sept. 7, 1973. * Purple Submarine. 1 of 400 copies, with record in back.
