An Officer's Uniform of the Royal Horse Artillery A good and very complete Full Dress uniform, as follows: black sable busby with scarlet bag, gold cords, patent leather chinstrap, white plume, with gilt ring and socket, on a metal shaft, the busby,with its calico carrying bag and tin bearing engraved plaque inscribed S.M. Anderson Esq. Royal Horse Arty. (silk element of busby lining replaced); two sets of gold cap-lines; a very fine corded jacket with KC gilt buttons and two embroidered stars on shoulder-cords; a pair of blue trousers bearing gold stripes of "Broken Bias" lace; a regulation gold-laced pouch-belt with gilt fittings, and an embroidered pouch-flap (lacking the pocket and suspension-loops of the pouch); an incomplete gold-laced pouchbelt and fine black patent leather pouch of binocular- case shape, with gilt fittings and large Gun ornament (the wheel mounted but not rotating); and a gold cord sword-knot.
