Thomas Law is recorded in Baillie, G.H. Watchmakers & Clockmakers of the World as working in Southwark, London 1777-99. The National Archives at Kew holds a 'Will of Thomas Law of St. Thomas Street, Southwark, Surrey' which was proved on 19th April 1803 (PROB 11/1390/171).
