An early to mid 20th Century mahogany cased boudoir grand piano, the iron framed overstrung movement by Bechnor on square tapered legs to brass caps and castors, 146 cm wide x 136 cm long x 96 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Whilst overall condition is sound, there are issues with superficial condition including damage and loss to the right hand corner of the cover and areas of staining to the extremities pretty much all the way around, suggesting that the top may have been re-stained at some stage and the main areas having now faded leave the stained areas prominent. This is particularly true of the cover. There are also areas of scuffing to the edging and shallow denting / scratching throughout conducive with age and use. The movement appears to be basically sound and has been played several times by people viewing (sometimes sounding nice?!). See images for further detail.
