There is no silver or copper metal sheathing: it is a silver and copper painted finish. Also, it ppears the panel may actually be carved wood or perhaps a cast composition material rather than plaster. Appears to be in good condition. Width: 23 3/4 inches; depth: approximately 4 inches.
