A TRIANGULAR 'MUSKETEER'S' POWDER-FLASK of wood covered with crimson velvet, the nozzle, tap and mounts of iron, all with later gilding, the front with later pierced grisaille enamelled copper plaque decorated with a demon amidst symmetrical scrollwork, now fitted with later cord and tassels; and a composite Italian dagger entirely of steel, with pierced and chiselled quillon-block, the quillon-tips chiselled as monster-heads in the round, painted with red inventory numbers, probably Hohenzollern, each mainly 17th Century 9½in. and 18¼in.
