A six-piece lot of handwoven Navajo weavings Print 20th century, the first: a gray field rug with geometric brown and cream border (4'10'' H x 2'11'' W), the second: a cream field saddle blanket with red and brown Greek key border (2'9'' H x 2'6.5'' W), the third: a red field saddle blanket with gray and cream diamonds (3' H x 1'10'' W), the fourth: a gray field saddle blanket with stepped diamond design in cream (2'10.5'' H x 1'9'' W), the fifth: a cream/gray field saddle blanket with red geometric designs throughout (3'1.5'' H x 1'7'' W), the sixth: a gray field saddle blanket with central serrated diamond in brown and orange (3'5'' H x 1'9'' W), 6 pieces, Provenance: Private Collection, Santa Clarita, CA. Condition: Each in overall good condition. The first with an approximately 4'' x 2'' light-colored stain to field on one face and two small holes to one end; the larger approximately .5'' x .5''. The second with scattered spots of soiling commensurate with age, fading to one face and an approximately .5'' x .5'' hole to one side. The third with scattered minor spots of soiling and losses to fringe commensurate with age and an approximately .75'' x .5'' hole to one end. The fourth with scattered spots of soiling commensurate with age and an approximately .5'' x .5'' hole to one end. The fifth with scattered soiling, losses to fringe and an approximately 4'' x 6'' area of scattered fugitive red dye to field. The sixth with reinforced stitching to ends, an approximately .25'' x .25'' hole to field and approximately three areas of fugitive red dye, the largest approximately 4'' x 2.5''.
