Wyeth. Includes: Modern facsimile of Coca-Cola's 50th anniversary tin tray featuring Wyeth's "Sea Captain." Ohio Art Company, 1987. Modern framed facsimile of vintage Cocoa-Cola ad featuring a boy and his dog. The Coca-Cola Company, 1990. 1988 N.C. Wyeth Calendar, featuring illustrations from James Fenimore Cooper's Last of the Mohicans. Fine, still in publisher's shrink wrap. New York: Macmillan Publishing Company, 1987. Three framed Saturday Evening Post covers featuring Wyeth art, from the years 1903 and 1908. Two of them with mailing label remnants present. A selection of 16 color Wyeth prints of various sizes, including plates from various sources, a 1908 Saturday Evening Post cover, and multiple copies of two decorative maps originally included as supplements in National Geographic Magazine. N. C. Wyeth was an American artist and illustrator. He was the pupil of artist Howard Pyle and became one of America's greatest illustrators. During his lifetime, Wyeth created over 3,000 paintings and illustrated 112 books. He is notably the father of painter Andrew Wyeth and the grandfather of Jamie Wyeth both celebrated American painters. Lot Amendments Condition: varying degrees of general light wear, including some light staining or soiling, creasing, rubbing etc.; all items very good or better. Item number: 288183
