A PAIR OF ONYX AND GOLD EAR CLIPS, BY CARTIER, A GROUP OF GEM-SET JEWELLERY AND A GROUP OF PASTE JEWELLERY The ear clips each designed as two onyx rings to the gold ball-centre with central brilliant-cut diamond collet, 3.5 cm diameter, with French assay mark for gold ; the first group of jewellery comprising a cabochon turquoise and single-cut diamond floral necklace, 38.0 cm long ; a bracelet designed with seven cabochon turquoises each within a single-cut diamond surround to the single-cut diamond foliate sides, 16.5 cm long ; a pendant designed as a cabochon turquoise within an openwork surround to the brilliant-cut diamond and circular-cut sapphire detail suspended from a corded chain, 48.0 cm long ; a bracelet designed with seven oval-shaped amethysts to the openwork panel spacers with single-cut diamond detail, ring en suite, 17.0 cm long, ring size 4½ ; a pair of ear pendants each designed as a drop-shaped cabochon amethyst to the single-cut diamond openwork surmount, 6.0 cm long ; a fringe necklace designed with seven graduated plaques each designed as a barrel-shaped red coral centre within a single-cut diamond and circular-cut sapphire openwork surround to the similarly designed back (back incomplete), bracelet and ear pendants en suite, necklace currently 32.0 cm long, bracelet 17.0 cm long, 6.0 cm long ; three coloured enamel and gem-set rings of abstract design, ring sizes 5¼, 5½ and 7¼ ; a lighter, 6.5 cm high ; and one cabochon turquoise and single-cut diamond ear pendant, 4.0 cm long ; the second group comprising three pearl and paste necklaces, three paste necklaces and four paste ear pendants (one missing an element) (part illustrated) The ear clips signed and with maker's mark for Cartier, no. 04305 (35)
