A PAIR OF ITALIAN WHITE MARBLE AND SIENA MARBLE CONSOLE TABLES AFTER THE ANTIQUE The 19th century carved scrolling Carrara supports, modern tops and feet in Siena marble with darker marble edge detailing 97cm high, 145cm wide, 43cm deep Provenance: Property from the Kingshott Collection Purchased 1981 from Marcello Violante, his studio Montignoso where these were described as being "formerly from two balconies from a Tuscan Villa". Condition Report: There are some marks, scratches, knocks, chips, splits and abrasions consistent with age and use. The marble has a matt finish overall. The brown border to the top is sectional.
