A NAPOLEON III ORMOLU-MOUNTED CUT-BRASS-INLAID, RED TORTOISESHELL, EBONY AND EBONISED 'BOULLE' MARQUETRY SIDE-CABINET THIRD QUARTER 19TH CENTURY The rectangular Belgian black marble top above an egg-and-dart moulded edge and a frieze applied with sunflowers and foliage above two cupboard doors inlaid in première partie with scrolling foliage and a lambrequin centred by musicians within a floral ormolu surround, the interior fitted with three shelves, the doors flanked by bacchic terms and the sides centred by a female mask, on a waved rectangular plinth with additional masks 44½ in. (113 cm.) high; 50¾ in. (129 cm.) wide; 16¾ in. (40 cm.) deep
