J. Levy/ Rue Sevigne 29/ Paris, each urn cast to show opposing griffins and masks in low relief, all raised on paw feet. Height of mantel clock 30 1/4 x width 22 1/4 inches. Estimate $1,500-2,500 Property from the Estate of Angelina Preskar, Crystal Lake, Illinois The clock accepts winding, runs and strikes. With key and pendulum. Bronze with duller patina and some areas of darker, uneven patina. One urn's handle is not perfectly aligned where it should meet the body of the urn (probably a production flaw; hardly noticeable). The clock has a chip to the edge of the slate in the back and near the proper left front corner.
