A FINE PAIR OF FLINTLOCK PISTOLS with signed browned twist octagonal sighted barrels, case-hardened patent breeches with gold-filled maker's stamp, gold line and platinum vent, engraved bolted case-hardened patent locks each with gold-filled mark, roller, and rainproof pan (one safety-catch incomplete), figured walnut half-stocks, flat-sided chequered walnut butts, vacant shield-shaped vacant silver escutcheons, engraved blued steel mounts including trigger-guards with pineapple finial, silver fore-end caps, original horn-tipped ramrods, and in unfired condition, by E. Baker, Gun Maker to H.R.H. the Prince Regent, London, early 19th Century 13½in. (2)
