Each section contains accounting for each month of the tour from April to July 1974, and lists full payment details made to all personnel including Bowie, tour musicians and tour crew. All entries are made by hand and, for example, list payments made to all hotels used on tour with actual dates of payments, equipment hire information including payments to stage set designers Jules Fisher sound, lights, choreography (Toni Basil), and costume payments to Freddie Burret (aka Buretti). Written on MainMan A5 note paper and glued to the first divider are the words 'TOUR IV' which also list the gross takings for the tour, contained in a ring-bound folder, folder 30 x 24 cm.
