A collection of fourteen tsuba The first signed Kuninaga , 18th/19th Century Large circular iron mokume ground, 7.9cm.; mokkogata iron Kanton decorated with choji among scrolling foliage within a band of geometric patterns in gold and silver nunome zogan , 7.7cm.; oval iron Choshu carved with a mountain landscape in low relief, 7.6cm.; and oval iron Bushu pierced with a design of a ho-o bird and kiri , 6.7cm.; circular iron Owari style pierced with a design of geese, 7.4cm.; rounded-square iron, late Higo, 8.7cm.; circular lobed iron pierced with four stylized plum flowers, 7.8cm.; rounded-square iron Kanton decorated with scrolls and clouds in gold and silver nunome zogan , 6.4cm.; circular iron pierced with lines and decorated with geometric and various patterns in gold nunome zogan , 7.8cm.; small oval pierced with mon , details in gilt, 6.1cm.; rounded-square iron, the flattened pipe mimi banded to resemble bamboo, 7.2cm.; aori gata iron tsuba carved with auspicious characters, 8.2cm.; thick iron rounded-square Sado style, the mimi in Tochibata style, 6.5cm.; and an oval depicting aquatic birds and reeds in the stream, 6.6cm.
