A CELADON, GREY AND RUSSET ‘CHILONG’ JADE BELT HOOK, MING DYNASTY Katalognummer: CA0918-056 The celadon and grey nephrite retaining a richly colored russet skin across the sides, with beautiful clouds of intense iron-red. The twin horned dragon head hook depicted with a raised snout above the skillfully carved jaw, the line-incised eyelashes and long mane as it faces two young, entwined chilong deeply carved on top of the wide S-shaped spatulate handle, the large button on the reverse extending almost to the edges of the handle.
