Very clean, fastidiously maintained example Low mileage Desirable colour combination The Lamborghini Gallardo was manufactured from 2003 to 2013 and is Lamborgini’s best-selling model with 14,022 being built throughout its lifetime. Named after the famous breed of fighting bull the first generation Gallardo came with a 4961cc, V10 engine and offered two choices of transmission; a conventional six-speed manual transmission and an advanced six-speed electro-hydraulically controlled, semi-automatic which Lamborghini abbreviates to 'E-gear'. This allows the driver to make gear changes much faster than they could with a manual gearbox. The driver shifts up and down via paddles behind the steering wheel but can also change to an automatic mode. This 2006 left hand drive 'E-gear' car has just had a full service carried out by Lamborghini Sevenoaks in Kent with its prior service being undertaken by Lamborghini, Cannes for its ten year major service in 2016. Both agents reported that the car was in very good condition and that it wanted for nothing. Sold new in Belgium, it remained there until the current keeper bought it and had it delivered to his residence in the South of France. The owner of a private jet charter business, he had the car moved with him as he changed bases. This must be one of the best and most travelled Gallardo’s, having been with him in France, then Dubai and now the UK. Upon his return to the UK, the vendor also had the speedometer facia changed to a UK MPH one with only 38,000km covered, (a little over 23,500 miles). Presented in the ultimate black on black specification, this car's condition speaks for itself. A true supercar and with a price tag of over £135,000 new, this is a rare opportunity to acquire a properly maintained example that is surely a future classic. It would be difficult to find a Gallardo in better condition. This wonderful Italian Supercar comes supplied with a full service history, V5C registration document, MoT test certificate, many receipts, two keys, the owners pack, manual and plumbed in trickle charge system.
