This new model also benefitted from a longer wheelbase offering significantly more room in all directions. Easily recognisable with a large front grille, flared wheel arches, wider tyres, four exhaust tips and a rear boot mounted badge proclaiming its V12 power unit, the new model offered a huge improvement to comfort and power. Originally registered on 6th March 1972, this Jaguar is a genuine UK supplied righthand drive example. This well sorted car benefits from a fuel injected HE engine and a Richmond six speed gearbox, it is described by its engineer owner as being a sensational drive that certainly isn’t for the ‘faint-hearted’. The mechanical enhancements have been matched by photographic rebuild which included a quality respray and the fitting of a new interior, the pinnacle of which is a stunning wooden dashboard with later dials. This powerful Coventry cat has also, reassuringly, received a new braking system. Offered to auction with a V5C registration document and recent MoT test certificate, this increasingly popular model is available without reserve. The health and safety of both our customers and team remains the utmost priority, we are therefore operating to Government guidelines throughout viewing and auction day.
