1961 Porsche 356 BT5 1600 Roadster Drauz Carte grise française Châssis n° 88376 Moteur n° P 603614 Boite n° 39449 - Superbe projet de restauration - Livré neuf en France - Moteur et boîte de vitesses d'origine - Dans la même famille depuis 1983 C'est en 1983 que ce roadster a été offert pour ses 19 ans à l'actuel propriétaire par son père. Livré neuf en France par Sonauto le 25 août 1960, il fut immatriculé pour la première fois le 13 juin 1961 et n'a à priori jamais quitté le département du Rhône depuis. Il ne connut qu'un seul propriétaire de 1966 à 1983 et fut arrêté et remisé de nombreuses années après avoir subi un léger choc à l'avant. Son actuel propriétaire, alors jeune passionné d'automobile, va entreprendre une restauration complète sur près de 10 ans effectuant la majeure partie du travail lui-même et faisant appel à des professionnels quand cela était nécessaire. A l'issue de la restauration, la voiture fera l'objet d'un reportage dans le magazine Flat 6 en 1993. Immobilisé sans rouler ces dernières années et ayant bénéficié d'une rénovation désormais ancienne, notre 356 devra faire l'objet d'une nouvelle restauration notamment en carrosserie sur laquelle les matériaux de l'époque ont travaillé. Son moteur a été remis en route et les freins ont fait l'objet d'une réfection toute récente. La sellerie, les moquettes ainsi que la capote, couvre capote et couvre tonneau qui avaient été refaits par un sellier sont encore en bon état de conservation et pourront peut-être être conservé. Notre roadster possède toujours son moteur et sa boîte de vitesses d'origine ainsi que le confirme son certificat d'authenticité Porsche. Sa livrée d'origine combinait une robe grise référence 6007 à un intérieur en simili rouge tel qu'il le possède aujourd'hui. Rare et recherché, notre exemplaire constitue un joli projet de restauration offrant la perspective de posséder un véhicule " full matching " jalousement conservé dans les mêmes mains depuis près de 40 ans. Delivered new in France by Sonauto on 25 August 1960, it was first registered on 13 June 1961 and has not left the department of Rhône since. The car kept the same owner between 1966 and 1983, during which time it was taken off the road and put away for a number of years, following a minor impact at the front. The current owner, a young automobile enthusiast at the time, took on the full restoration of his car over a ten-year period, carrying out most of the work himself and calling on professionals when necessary. Once the restoration was complete, the car was the subject of a feature in the Porsche magazine Flat 6 in 1993. Having sat without been driven in recent years, its restoration now being old, our 356 will require a new restoration, in particular the bodywork, on which the materials used in period altered. The engine has been started up and the brakes were repaired recently. The upholstery, carpets, hood, hood cover and tonneau cover were renewed by a specialist, remain in good condition and could possibly be preserved. Our roadster still has its original engine and gearbox, as confirmed by the Porsche certificate. The car was originally liveried in grey reference 6007 with red leatherette interior, and it retains this combination today. Rare and highly sought-after, our example offers a nice restoration project with the chance to own a full matching numbers car that has been kept by the same hands for nearly 40 years.
