1939 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 SS spider No reserve Carte grise française Châssis n° 915010 Moteur n° 823915 - Châssis et moteur Alfa Romeo d'avant-guerre - Carrosserie extrêmement séduisante - A participé aux Mille Miglia Strorica Selon la plaque constructeur, ce châssis n° 915010 correspond à un spider Sport Touring sorti d'usine le 7 avril 1939 et délivré à un M. Giovanni Rossi de Florence. Mais selon toutes probabilités, il provient en fait d'une 2500 Super Sport carrossée en coupé par Touring et retrouvée à la fin des années 1980 par le collectionneur italien Corrado Cupellini. Cette voiture était alors utilisée en Italie, dans un champs de course hippique, pour donner le départ lancé des courses de chevaux. Corrado Cupellini décidait de rendre alors à cette automobile son panache passé et, sur ce châssis de 2 700 mm d'empattement, il installait le moteur n°823915 qu'il avait en sa possession et qui provenait d'une 6C 2300 B "Pescara" de 1937. Ce moteur six-cylindres en ligne, doté de deux arbres à cames en tête, fait partie de la prestigieuse lignée conçue par Vittorio Jano et qui a apporté à la marque ses plus beaux succès en compétition, au cours des années 1920 et 1930. Corrado Cupellini confia ensuite l'ensemble à son carrossier de Bergame, qui l'habilla d'une carrosserie spider inspirée de l'authentique 2,5 litres de course de Bianchetti, dont il disposait alors avant qu'elle parte aux États-Unis. Il en résulte un spider à la fois équilibré, élégant et sportif, tout à l'honneur du talent des carrossiers italiens. Cette voiture a été ensuite vendue à un grand collectionneur français qui, à son volant, a pris part en 1991 aux Mille Miglia Storica. Il est resté particulièrement attaché à cette voiture car c'est la seule qui lui a permis de terminer cette grande épreuve historique. Dans les mêmes mains donc depuis plus de 25 ans, cette Alfa Romeo bénéficie d'une agréable patine et n'a que très peu roulé ces dernières années. Il s'agit d'une voiture réalisée avec soin sur la base d'un châssis et d'une mécanique alfa Romeo d'avant-guerre authentiques. Particulièrement élégante et présentée sans réserve, elle représente l'opportunité unique de rouler dans une Alfa Romeo performante et à l'allure exceptionnelle.
