Gouache und Deckweiß über Bleistift auf chamoisfarbenem, leichtem Karton. U.l. sign. Verso von fremder Hand bet., 1913 dat. und bez. «Karl Hauptmann Freiburg. / Feldberg / ‹Molerhüsli›». Verso auf der Rahmenrückwand von fremder Hand bez. mit den Angaben zum Werk sowie Nachlassstempel des Künstlers.
H. 22,6, B. 29,6 cm (Blattgröße). Gerahmt.

Zustandsbericht:
Guter Gesamteindruck. Unter Passepartout montiert. Stellenweise Ölflecken am oberen Blattrand, mehrere geglättete Knicke (ca. 8 bis 13 cm), die oberen Blattecken mit winzigen Einstichlöchern, wohl vom Schaffensprozess herrührend.

Gouache and opaque white over pencil on chamois, light cardboard. Signed lower left. Verso titled by a different hand, dated 1913 and inscribed «Karl Hauptmann Freiburg. / Feldberg / ‹Molerhüsli›». Verso on the backboard inscribed by a different hand with the work's data as well as estate stamp of the artist.
H 22,6, W 29,6 cm (sheet). Framed.
Provenance: family of the artist; since then private collection Offenburg.

Condition report:
Good overall impression. Mounted under passepartout. Here and there oil stains at the upper margin, several smoothened creases (approx. 8 to 13 cm), upper corners with tiny pinholes, presumably from the making.
