(very fair), later Arms types with 1884 (Jan.) without thunderbolts 3.50r. and 7r. on vertically laid paper, thereafter fairly complete 1917-23 R.S.F.S.R. issues with 1922 Rostov set of 4 unused, 1922 (Aug.) Philately for Children set of 6 (both 1k. signed Francon), USSR 1923-55, basically complete with miniature sheets, including 1923-26 Workers, etc. to 5r. perf. with variations (some scarce) and imperf., 1923 (May) Charity 4r.+ 4r. on 5000r. (silver) mint (not guaranteed), 1927 Postage Due stamps surcharged, a mint selection (15), 1931 Airship Construction set imperf. and perf., 1931 North Pole Flight sets imperf. and perf., mainly mint, 1932 and 1933, Philatelic Exhibition pairs mint, 1933 Air, Stratostat set of 3 mint, 1935 San Francisco flight 1r. on 10k. mint, therafter practically complete either mint or c.t.o., with miniature sheets, Civil War issues with NW Army (22) with values to 10r. including 20k. on 14k. mint, imperf. to 7r. (mint), Western Army (37), stamps of Latvia or Russia overprinted, good ranges of Far Eastern Republic, Priamur and Maritime Provinces, South Russia, Wrangel issues, etc.; Post Office Abroad include representative sections of China, Crete with 1899 Handstruck 2m. rose (fine), Turkish Empire ROPIT issues fairly complete with 1876-79 surcharge (4) including thin "7" on 10k.
