Coville of Galena, Kansas, 1p, dated July 14, 1899, addressed to Col. C.K. Holliday, regarding Roosevelt's autograph. Coville asks Holliday to pass it on to a friend "with the compliments of one of the Rough Riders who followed Roosevelt through the Campaign before Santiago de Cuba.
