WELLS (1904, 'I have no short stories unpublished & any I do write go, under a monopoly agreement to the Shaw Magazine '), Max BEERBOHM (two, including one with a series of whimsical series of drawings of farming in Yorkshire), also including letters of Laurence & Laura Alma Tadema, Edith Somerville, Winston Churchill (stamped signature), H. Rider Haggard (letter signed), Lord Rosebery and others, altogether approximately 38 items , backed onto the pages of an album, limp vellum.
