1969 Renault 8 Gordini 1300 THE RENAULT ICONS Carte grise française Châssis n° 2 07 078 - La Gordini de série la plus emblématique - Véritable R8 de la Coupe Gordini en 1969 - Ayant couru avec J. Ragnotti au Monte Carlo Historique en 2017 - Historique fascinant Bleu de France avec des bandes blanches ! C'est en général comme cela que l'on se souvient de la Renault 8 Gordini. Apparue en octobre 1964 en version 1100 cm3, la " Gord " va réveiller le paysage automobile français. En 1966, elle voit sa cylindrée passer à 1300 cm " et elle gagne une calandre à quatre phares, qui va la faire passer définitivement dans le clan des sportives. Avec ses deux carburateurs Weber double corps, le petit 1300 cm3 développe 88 ch DIN et emmène la petite voiture bleue à plus de 170 km/h en pointe. La R8 Gordini présentée est intéressante à plus d'un titre. Livrée le 19 février 1969, elle a participé à la Coupe Gordini avec Dominique Menny, puis elle a intégré la Collection Renault Classic dès 1972 ! Depuis cette date, l'auto a participé à de nombreux événements avec des pilotes comme Alain Serpaggi, Gérard Larrousse, Jean-Pierre Jaussaud, Michel Leclère et, bien sûr, Jean Ragnotti. Ce dernier a piloté cette Gordini sur les routes du Monte-Carlo Historique en 2017 en compagnie du " YouTubeur " Seb Delanney. Avec seulement 50 230 km au compteur (non garantis) équipée d'une boîte de vitesse " Montagne " avec des rapports courts, la R8 Gordini est en très bon état de fonctionnement. Elle a d'ailleurs fait une apparition dynamique dans le Grand Format Automoto sur TF1 consacré à Jean Ragnotti. Parfaite pour vous ramener à une époque insouciante où le sport automobile était à portée de main ! Launched in October 1964 with an 1100 cc engine, the Gordini reawakened the French automotive scene. In 1966, its engine grew to 1300 cc and it gained a front panel with four headlamps, giving it a lasting place in the ranks of sports cars. With its pair of twin-barrel Weber carburettors, the 1300 cc engine developed 88 bhp (DIN), propelling the little blue car to over 170 kph. This R8 Gordini is interesting in many ways. Delivered on 19 February 1969, it competed in the Gordini Cup with Dominique Menny, then joined the Renault Classic Collection in 1972. Since then, it has taken part in numerous events with drivers such as Alain Serpaggi, Gérard Larrousse, Jean-Pierre Jaussaud, Michel Leclère and, of course, Jean Ragnotti. In 2017, Ragnotti drove the little Gordini on the roads of the Monte-Carlo Historique, accompanied by the 'YouTuber' Seb Delanney. With only 50,230 km on the clock (not guaranteed) and fitted with a short-ratio 'Mountain'-type gearbox, this R8 Gordini is in very good running order.
