South Tyrol, 16th cent. Carved pine, repetedly overpainted colouring. A popular portayal ot fhe of the sacred martyr represented like a young woman with veal and crown, tied to a tree trunk, underneath rising flames. Crown chipped. H. 84,5 cm. -
