Lemon & Son'', a partial flatware service for six in the ''New King'' pattern, comprising 6 tablespoons (7''), 12 round-bowl soup/gumbo spoons (6.875''), 13 teaspoons (5.875''), 3 table/serving spoons (8.5''), 4 fish forks (6.125''), 6 dinner forks (8.75''), 6 luncheon forks (6.875''), 2 hollow-handled blunt-bladed old French dinner knives (10.25''), 4 hollow-handled stainless steel-bladed old French dinner knives (9.75''), 6 hollow-handled stainless steel-bladed old French luncheon knives (8.625''), 6 five o'clock teaspoons with gilt-washed bowls (4.375''), 4 oyster forks (5.5''), 2 serving spoons with shell-shaped bowls (one with gilt-washed bowl) (8.75''), 1 serving fork with gilt-washed tines (8.875''), 1 sugar tongs (4.75''), and 1 hollow-handled cake breaker (12.375''), variously monogrammed, 77 pieces, weighable sterling 102.8 oz troy approximately, Provenance: Private Collection, Sierra Madre, CA.
