Heavily soiled. Residue along outer 1/2 inch of canvas at all four sides. The canvas is buclking. Scracthes in gesso. Gesso losses at lower right, upper right, and upper center. The charcoal is smudged at upper left in tree, center on and below figure and at wheelbarrow. Minor cracking, and marks from stretcher.
