A SULTANABAD POTTERY BOWL NORTH IRAN, 14TH CENTURY Of shallow rounded form with inverted rim on short foot, the interior with a central roundel depicting a crouching rabbit against turquoise foliage on a blue ground, flanked by six radiating panels each with similar foliage around a central drop-shaped panel, the exterior with blue dots and black dashes between similar and plain black bands, repaired breaks, slight restoration 9in. (23cm.) diam.
