Y A SET OF TWENTY-TWO GEORGE II STYLE MAHOGANY FRAMED PANEL BACK DINING CHAIRS 20TH CENTURY The machined tapestry covered backs and seats by Robert Kime on scroll carved cabriole legs with pad feet, including two armchairs 101cm high Provenance: Supplied by Robert Kime Condition Report: The absolute widest point of the chairs with arms is 65cm wide, the chairs with no arms 63.5cm wide. Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. The legs with the expected scuffs, knocks, and chips. All chairs structurally solid overall. Slight movement within the frames of some of the chairs. Fabric in generally good order overall with just the expected minor wear. The piping of the upholstery with wear, fraying, and some loose threads in areas on most chairs (see images). The wear reveals the underlying blue thread of the piping in places. The stitching between the piping and the upholstery is opening slightly in places. Please refer to additional images for visual reference to condition. Condition Report Disclaimer
