A group of 5 original caricature drawings by A. van der Straeten, 1915, all pen and ink and all but one with watercolour, two signed, the remainder initialled, three giving location of Isle of Man, four dated 1915 and one 1916, all but one laid on card, a little dust soiling, 20 x 27cm and slightly smaller, plus a mimeographed caricature by Straeten at Lancaster Camp plus 3 further German prisoner of war drawings, one pen and ink silhouette titled ‘Tasting the Jam’ and initialled C.F.W., the remaining two watercolours of the Camps, one an exterior of a hut and one a bedroom scene signed F.
