It then matured for 16 months in new casks, 24 months in semi-new casks and 36 months in large-capacity wooden vats. The remaining time was spent in bottle until release. Winter: Cold temperatures with high rainfall. Spring: Mild with high rainfall. Harvest: September 30th with normal, hot and dry conditions.
