Le centre du vajra, qui représente le noeud de l'univers avant sa dilatation et son expansion, était incrusté d'une pierre sans doute précieuse. Les vajra ouverts sont liés à des cérébrations développant un grand pouvoir. Noter la grande attention portée à la réalisation de cet objet, et la qualité de fonte. Il devait s'agir d'un objet très spécial, réservé à un grand moine ou à un prince.
