A very fine 18K pink gold self-winding perpetual calendar hinged wristwatch with retrograde date and year indication Signed Vacheron Constantin, Geneve, Perpetual Automatic, Malte model, ref. 47031, movement no. 933'140, case no. 788'220, manufactured in 2005 Cal. 1126 QPR nickel-finished lever movement, 36 jewels, 21K gold rim to the rotor, the glazed dust cover secured by four screws, the engine-turned silvered dial with applied gold baton and Roman numerals, gold sword-shaped hands, silvered ring calibrated for the retrograde date with central date hand, two subsidiary dials indicating day and month, two apertures for leap year and year indications, in large circular case with hinged back, large stepped lugs, 18K gold Vacheron Constantin buckle, case, dial and movement signed 38 mm. diam.
