A rare and unusual stainless steel chronograph wristwatch with pulsation dial Signed Universal, Genève, Medico-Compax, ref. 22409, case no. 1'009'443, manufactured in 1943 Cal. 287 mechanical movement, 17 jewels, silvered dial, luminous Arabic and baton numerals, outer five minute divisions and red pulsometer scale graduated for 15 pulsations, the divisions gradually increasing in size, two subsidiary dials for constant seconds, 45 minutes registers, circular water-resistant-type case, screw back, two round chronograph buttons in the band, case, dial and movement signed 38 mm. diam.
