Two Tiffany Favrile Glass Three-Handled Vases Circa 1908 Each in the form of a loving cup or tyg, in transparent amber colored glass, one example internally decorated with green leaf and vine motifs, each iridized, each engraved L.C. Tiffany-Favrile and numbered. Height of taller 4 7/8 inches. C Collection of Dr. and Mrs. Leon E. Rosenberg
The vase with the green leaf and vine decoration appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; no heat stress cracks were observed at the join area of the handles and body; the interior appears to be in generally clean condition, i.e., not clouded or water stained; there is a somewhat large-size internally trapped air bubble, located on the interior side of the vase, near the shoulder area, in the making and not visible when viewing the vase form the exterior side; engraved signature: 2659 C. The gold vase has a heat stress crack located at the join area at the base of one of its handles where it comes into contact with the body of the vase; there is wear to the iridescent finish at the top area of the handles, commensurate with age and handling; there is wear to the iridescent finish on the interior side of the vase, primarily to the lower half section of the body; the vase is signed with a registry number, however, it is not fully legible, it has a "C" suffix letter
