TWO PAIRS OF TEXAS SPURS Two pairs of one piece iron spurs early 20th century. The first are lady's spurs and are hallmarked "KELLY BROS." under the spur strap button on both spurs. The nickel overlaid heel bands depicting a scroll motif, an overlaid shank and a 9 point rowels. These are pattern No. 72, in Kelly's No. 22 catalog. The second pair of spurs are unmarked, constructed with straight heel bands, a bottle opener shank, and 14 point rowels. Overall spur length; the first: 5 in. Rowel: 1 in. The second: 6 in.
