The photographic illustrations were executed by the foundation’s vice president, William Terry, and the art work and compilation by the foundation’s art director, Jon Helland. Signed on information / introduction leaf “To Sidney M. Ehrman” in blue ink at top and signed by the foundation president, Wendell Phillips, in brown ink at bottom. Rare tie-string broken off.
