NEUBERT, OPTICIAN SOUTHPORT & WARRINGTON , with suspension loop and compass on the reverse, in a shaped green silk-lined leather case with maker's label in the lid and compass-viewing aperture -- 6cm. (2 3/8in.) wide ; an oxidised-brass-cased aneroid barometer signed on the dial Stanley LONDON 1029 with fine-scale magnifier and suspension loop -- 12cm. (4¾in.) dia. ; and a brass-cased forecast barometer, unsigned , the dial with central aperture showing the aneroid and workings, one brass and one blued-steel needle and a 0-130° fahrenheit thermometer -- 14.3cm.
