The club was incorporated in 1897, but in the 1920s decided to move the golf course to a new location, which opened in 1928. The Philadelphia firm Toomey and Flynn was hired to construct the new 27-hole layout. William Flynn designed such notable golf courses as Shinnecock Hills and Cherry Hills outside Denver. Lot Amendments Condition: Two in wrappers with detached covers and very worn or mostly lacking spine, some pen/pencil markings to few; good to very good. Item number: 245339
