It is flanked by saints headed by the Virgin and John. The corners of the icon are occupied by the Tikhvinskaya and Saint Haralambi. An angel and Saint Victor appear in the borders. The painting is done with care, the colours are deep and highlighted with gold. 12¼ x 14in. (31.25 x 35.5 cm.)
