The Beatles A ringbound scrapbook dating from 1963 containing a collection of ephemera associated with the Beatles, some signed, including: - a black and white machine-print photograph of the group signed in blue ballpoint pen Paul xxx and George ; - five newspaper cuttings signed in blue ballpoint pen, three signed Paul McCartney , two signed Paul ; - a black and white machine-print photograph of the group signed in black ballpoint pen by Paul McCartney and in blue ballpoint pen by John Lennon Geroge Harrison and Ringo Starr additionally inscribed in Lennon's hand To Kim, with love ; - a sheet of paper signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint pen To Kim, lots of love from John Lennon xxx -- 8x6cm. (20.3x15cm.) ; - a sheet of paper signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint pen love to Kim, from Paul MCartney xxx -- 8x6in. (20.3x15cm.) , with an additional piece of paper signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint pen George Harrison x 10 ; - an E.M.I. Swedish press release; - two black and white publicity photographs, largest -- 4x6in. (10.2x15cm.) ; - eleven previously unpublished black and white snap-shots (some printed later) of the group arriving at the airport in Sweden and playing on stage at the Tennishallen in Stockholm, majority -- 3½x3½in. (8.9x8.9cm.) ; - a handbill Pop Festival featuring England's Pop. Gäng The Beatles , Kungl. Tennishallen, 26th October, 1963 -- 8¼x5½in. (21x14cm.) ; and - a handbill The Beatles Christmas Show , Finsbury Park Astoria, 24th December, 1963 - 11th January, 1964, with postal booking form -- 8x5in. (20.3x12.7cm.) ; the pages of the scrapbook additionally inscribed with captions and annotations by the fan in Swedish and English, recounting the Beatles' visit to Sweden ...we said goodbye to them and we are now only looking forward to see [sic] them in June, next Spring 1964... , handwritten details regarding the Beatles' dates and places of birth; accompanied by a black and white publicity photograph of the Beatles signed in blue ballpoint pen Paul, George Harrison (signature partially indistinct) and Ringo Starr -- 7x9½in.
